I started going to this dry cleaner because they were close to my home. The first two trips were okay in terms of quality, but both times, the person helping me was the rudest possible example of customer service (one of these people was, I believe, the owner). I picked up some shirts the other day and found one with a terribly bleached collar. I am extraordinary careful to not get any soap, lotion, etc. on collars of dress shirts - in the past, Ive ruined shirts in this manner. Anyway, I took the shirt in to see what could be done. The owner proceeded to tell me that I must have done something myself and that hes NEVER bleached a shirt before in his life (RIGHT); what he said next showed this establishments true lack of customer service: while handing me a business card, he said, "Feel free to take me to small claims court if you think you can prove you didnt do this." Some of the worst service Ive ever experienced in ANY industry. Not only do I believe they ruined a shirt, its also evident that the establishment prides itself on treating customers like children, rather than serving them. Please learn from my mistake and stay away from this shoddy excuse for a business.

This dry cleaner does a GREAT job. Check the dates on the bad reviews; theyre from like 5 and 7 years ago . . . . WAY before this owner took over. The new owner just did an amazing job for me on a treasured bed spread that another dry cleaner did a bad job on and told me that it couldnt really get any cleaner. Theyve also cleaned clothing items for me. Theyre really good and really nice, so please ignore all those old reviews (I wish there was a way the new owner could remove them) and give this business a try. You wont be disappointed.
