My clothes are NEVER clean after going here. I have gone back about half a dozen times because the location is convenient if you live in the meadows. Every time after I leave this place I tell myself that Im never going back because the Lady at the front desk is unbelievably rude and lacks any sort of customer service.The last time I went all of my Dress Shirts had starch stains on them. Big thick chunks of starch stuck to the sleeves and the only response I got was "thats what happens sometimes when you ask for starch". She wanted to charge me to try and get it off. I go because its cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. DO NOT go here. Try somewhere else.

We wont be taking our dry cleaning here again. On our first visit we thought they were way overpriced. We had a 30% off coupon for our second visit and because of the convenient location we went again. I took in some flower girl dresses and didnt check the price before hand. $15 each! I was extremely disappointed when I saw they didnt get either of them completely clean. $30 for a half cleaned dresses. If I had known they couldnt get the stains out I wouldnt have taken them in. I also wouldnt have taken them in if I had known the cost before hand. Very disappointed! Our total was $30 after the coupon for a suit and two toddler size flower girl dresses.

This place is awful! Took in a white dress with stains that I pointed out. First they never told me the price and it was more then I expected but that was fine. When I got the dress back it looked the same but pressed, I had them retreat the dress. I received it today and the only change was there was a small card stating that they gave it extra attention but the stains would not come out. I went home and worked on an area and the stain came out proving that they actually did not try. Its a great location but the work and customer service is terrible! I am going to be finding another dry cleaner even if I have to go out of my way.

TERRIBLE Customer Service! Unreliable!! Their credit card machine was down today and I needed my clothes for a very important meeting tomorrow. It was a HUGE inconvenience!! Despite being local with repeated business from my husband and I, they insisted I pay cash if I wanted my clothes. They were very unapologetic, wasted an enormous amount of my time and didnt even offer a silly discount to act like they cared about it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We will NOT be back to this location. They do not value or respect their regular customers.

Ive been bringing my work clothes here for several years now and have NEVER had any issues. They have automated emails notifying you when the clothes are ready for pickup. They have excellent hours (early and late on the weekdays and solid hours on Saturday). Very polite employees and reasonably priced. Its a prefect location for anyone that lives in Meadows since its right on the way in and out for your commute and their hours allow you to stop in early or late during the week. Also have a simple 24 hour drop box.

Ive been using them for several years. They do a good job at what seems to be a fair price. Ive never had any problems with them. One thing I really like is that if youre a regular customer they give you a laundry bag that has your name and customer number attached to it. When its time to drop off all I have to do is give them the bag and walk out. I get an email a few days later letting me know my stuff is ready to pick up. They also have an after hours drop off.

Horrible!! We appreciate the proximity to our home so even though their work is only satisfactory we have continued to use them. Unfortunately to date they have ruined two of our garments and they offer no remedy what so ever!! After the first problem, again because of the convenience, I decided to give them another chance but Im so sorry I did because I have lost another favorite piece of clothing!

My 9 slacks were reported burnt in a fire. After 3 months of wasted time & energy the employees just said: "No, I cant give out the owners name nor phone number." A neighbor said they had the same problem.

Like the other regular customer, Im not sure about the negative reviews. Ive never had any problems. Theyre more expensive than cleaners in Denver, but then again everything is more expensive in castle rock.

They do a decent job with dry cleaning, but dont go here for alterations. I called ahead to see if they do alterations and they dont have a dressing room? Different, had to go elsewhere.

I cant believe this place doesnt have higher reviews. I get great customer service there. I left another cleaners cause I wasnt happy (so I know what poor service is).
