ZERO STARS. Quite possibly the WORST cleaners in Colorado Springs. I brought in a brand new formal dress to be pressed and altered. The dress was altered all wrong so that it could no longer be worn and it had all these spots all over it. It cost me $30. I brought it to the Magic Needle and they fixed the misalterations for $4. Because I was dissatisfied with this service, the owner offered to dry clean another dress of mine free of charge. It was returned to me with a huge rip in the chest where a rhinestone had be attached. The owner insisted the rip was there when I had brought it in. It wasnt-- I had tried it on just before I brought it in and would have noticed a huge rip in the chest. Plus, the rhinestone was still hanging from the dress and he had wrapped it in tin foil. Pick ANY other cleaners for your business.

2nd to NONE; these guys clean my suits, my dress shirts and goosedown jacket to the best of standards. Johnson is fantastic; recommended by my pastor; yes it is worth the drive from Fountain; Tried the Super Quality people about 15-20 times and there was always an excuse for the leftover worn garments (that were not worn when I brought them in) but these guys are reliable, efficient and are friendly . Also, I tried Powers Cleaners and they. broke the buttons off my dress jacket and they said they would fix it; I came back to that Cleaner a week later and they had done "nothing". Some of these reviews are fabrications by others; try these guys yourself. (sometimes they have conservative talk radio on, so beware)

EVERYONE in Colorado Springs (regardless of what part of Colorado Springs they live in) should go to this cleaners. I had used another dry cleaner in Colorado Springs for 25 years and they continued to raise their rates....to prices that were getting ridiculous (sometimes more than the dress cost). A friend told me of these cleaners. To begin...their work is the best dry cleaning (and Ive had them do several alterations and the alterations are the most professional work I have had done) I have ever had. The owners are the most delightful, honest, caring, and trustworthy people you have ever met (they really care)...as if that is not enough..their prices are unbeatable.

My blanket wasnt cleaned the way I hoped. A cup of milk was accidentally spilled on it and so the colors started to bleed. (should have washed the fabrics before I hand pieced it together). When I picked up the blanket, the colors were still bled through and the blanket still had a little bit of that crispy feel when milk dries on fabric. One of the fabrics now has a washed out look besides. I dont know if that would happen at all dry cleaners, but I was not impressed with my dry cleaning experience. So...if you have a homemade hand quilted, hand pieced quilt, maybe dont spill milk on it or dont plan on having it cleaned ever.

FIVE STARS. Quite possibly the BEST cleaners in Colorado Springs. Ive been using them for about a year now, and they always have my stuff done quickly, have excellent prices, and have fixed clothes that I thought were ruined. They have also taken out stains on my SOs expensive french collar shirts that other cleaners could not get out. Also, the family that works there is super nice. I cannot recommend them enough, and greatly prefer them to the other dry cleaners in the area. I will more than gladly continue my business with them, despite any naysayers who are probably just jealous competition.

My son was making his first communion and I bought a suit that needed alterations. I didnt hava a particular dry cleaning store, so I went off a recommendation from a co-worker. Although, I bought a top name brand suit, the suit had imperfections that needed special attention, but between the altering and pressing they were able to make the suit perfect. They did a great job and get a high rating from me for the extra attention they gave to my sons suit.

I used this cleaners for many years but in the last 6 months, they did not get the food stains out of my husbands shirts even though i pointed it out. Instead the shirts are ruined because the stains were set with the process of pressing. I am very disappointed. Also, the leather jacket I took to be cleaned turned out terrible and looked more worn after it was cleaned than before it was cleaned. I am looking for a new cleaner.

Did a fine job with my clothes, but every time Ive tried to go there at the store opening (0700) the place wasnt open. Spent too much time waiting in the parking lot. Also, last time I went there the phone lines were dead and they couldnt take a credit card payment for my clothes. The guy was nice enough to let me take my clothes and pay next time I stopped by, but still inconvenienced. Taking my business elsewhere.

The BEST in town. I have had nothing but outstanding service from Blue Star Cleaners. I have finally found a cleaning establishment that I trust completely, and highly recommend, after trying many other businesses in town. Spot removal is incredible, prices are very competitive and service personnel are always friendly and efficient.

Have used Blue Star for years. Best in the springs if you ask me. They do all my alterations, dry cleaning and laundry. On multiple occasions have returned cash from my pockets. my shirts were abused by other cleaners and Blue Star makes my shirts perfect. 5 stars
