I brought a silk scarf to be dry cleaned, thinking it would be a good test run before bringing all of my other clothing here. After picking it up and inspecting the job, I notice significant runs throughout the whole scarf, and I am so disappointed. It ruined the scarf, which had been a gift. Therefore, I received depreciated compensation (it was less than a year old) and am having a hell of a time finding the same scarf to replace it. So disappointing. They didnt even refund me the dry cleaning job which was what ruined it.

Ive been using this business for my dry cleaning for 2 years now. They are fair priced, do a great job, and they are always polite and friendly. If youre lucky, you may even get a good story from the sweet Russian lady who works the counter from time to time. They even cleaned one of our tattered Persian rugs without causing any damage. What care! Thanks a lot Moore! Youve got me as a lifetime customer.

I dropped 2 dress off to have them cleaned. Completely forgot that I even dropped them off at the cleaners, and lost the ticket. This was months later. I called and explained the situation, gave my name, and that it had been almost 5 months since I had been in there. They still had my garments, and told me to come in and get them whenever I have time!. Colorado Lace was never so helpful, or polite!

I lost an $1800 watch that Moore cleaners found in a suit pocket and returned to me in an envelope with the rest of my dry cleaning. The level of ethics involved in this transaction is truly amazing. Why would one go anywhere else?

My suits are always perfectly done at Moores. I even go a bit out of my way, since Ive moved farther from their location, just to keep getting my suits cleaned there, because I can count on the quality.
