I will assume that the PREVIOUS reviewer was an employee trying to bring in business, that is the only way I can see them justifying a 5 star review. My husband and I are both in the service and have dry cleaned clothes all over the world for at least 20 years not. This is absolutely THE WORST cleaners I have a ever been too. I had no issues when I dropped off the clothes, but I made the mistake of not asking what the prices were then, I just assumed they were comparable to everyone else around. It wasnt until I picked up my clothes that we realized they charged us 4X as much as we typically pay for the same clothes. When I asked for the manager on duty, I got Shela who claimed this was her. However, she could not/or maybe she was just refusing to even provide me information to contact their corporate office to file a complaint. They tried to explain that they are not a discount cleaners and therefore they dont have set prices. They just decide on their own what they want to charge each customer, and for me that was nearly $100. In they end they tried to resolve it with giving me a $25 store credit, really!!! As if I would ever go back here. They tried to tell me it was my fault that I did not "haggle" the prices when I dropped off the clothes. This places has no business ethics and will rape its customers for all they can get out of them. FYI Dependable Cleaners of Castle Rock, if you are going to charge ridiculous prices, then you should be able to pay for a higher quality manager who can provide information on who she works for!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD AS 1 STAR IS A STRETCH FOR THIS STORE.

Weve been using them for a few months now. Its convenient because its right next to King Soopers and we have the VIP option so I can pull up out front and drop the clothes in the chute w the provided bag and not take the kids out of the car. I guess it may be a little more expensive, as in a few dollars, than other dry cleaners, but its worth it to me for the convenience. All the associates Ive met there are more than kind and helpful. They mustve hired better after the poor reviews below but I cant imagine having a bad experience here now. Even if we had a problem, Im confident that it would be handled professionally.
