I had a pair of new khaki pants which I asked to be laundered and pressed. Upon receiving the pants, I noticed a number of strange white parks on them, as if they had been burned. After washing these pants on my own, it became clear that these white marks were permanent. I was very upset and ended up donating the pants as they were unsuitable for use in a professional setting. A second time, after sorting through the pants that I had received, I noticed a pair of charcoal pants which didnt belong to me. I can only guess that they lost someone elses pants and added them to my order! Im fairly disappointed because this dry cleaning location was so close to my apartment complex. It looks like Ill have go a bit further to get my my clothing cleaned next time.

I would strongly recommend Metro Dry Cleaners on Alameda. They are friendly and the cheapest service I have found, especially given the quality of their work.
