When we decided to relocate to the Denver area from California, we chose David as our realtor. His use of technology and his unique home hunter service to send us new houses every day that new listings came on the market was very helpful. We started out looking for a resale home but couldn’t find the exact right home for us. David then took us to several new home communities. We found our dream home at Leyden Rock in Arvada. The builder was Lennar Homes and we’re really glad we had David on our side representing us throughout the process of getting a new home constructed. David helped us get a great deal on our home by helping us to negotiate several builder incentives. David was a top professional and it was great working with him. David follows up. We heard from David on a regular basis during the entire 10 month process of getting our home built, even when there was nothing changing. In the past, working with other realtors, they would often disappeared for weeks, and we wouldn’t know what was happening. David never disappeared and was always there when we needed him. We would enthusiastically recommend David to our best friends. David is a professional, he earns every penny, he works hard and he knows what he is doing.
