Even if their property is cheap and in a good location, DO NOT RENT from this company. This company has been dishonest at every opportunity, verbally agreeing to items and then sending eviction notices unexpectedly. When we cleared things up both verbally and through writing, they still responded as though we had taken no action and we were in the wrong. My roommate and I are both hard working, responsible renters who took good care of the property and returned it in better condition than we recieved it, and I had never expected to be cheated and lied to as badly as this company did. The owners are rude and uncompromising, and they will try to take you for every "rent owed" or "damage" that they can. Do not expect to be released from your lease early, no matter what the agree to over the phone or how long you have rented from them, and do not expect to ever see your deposit back. Avoid at all costs.

We have received nothing but excellent service all around! The staff is awesome and super friendly. We just signed another lease and the small issues we had were taken care of the following day. Shower repainted and both faucets in the kitchen and bathroom were repaired promptly. When we had issues with another renter in the building and could not come to any sort of agreement without involving management, management spared no time in getting to the bottom of the problem. All of the renters in the building were notified of the complaints and were encouraged to share any similar disturbances, I appreciated this much more than our word over theirs. Not sure why all the negative reviews, if anything KLOS surpassed any of our expectations and will continue to rent with them!

Look, with this high priced housing market here in CO, there are better people to work with because if youre expecting to have a manager attentive to maintenance requests, treating you with respect or being at least concerned that your apartment may not be up to standard or livable and that you may not be getting your moneys worth, then this property manager is NOT who you are looking for. I can launch into a whole story of what this place has done, but when it comes down to it, they have one thing in mind - money. And theyll try to get every penny of it, keep your deposit and if they want to get a tenant in that they can charge more for the apartment, they will be more than happy to find a reason to put you out of there. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I am surprised by how negative these reviews are. I rented from Klos for two years and had a very positive experience overall. Perhaps ones experience varies greatly building to building. I lived at 500 Logan, and the rent was very reasonable for a 2 bedroom in such a wonderful central location. Everything in the unit worked well and there were no major issues. Moreover, Klos was extremely responsive to all maintenance requests and general inquiries. I mostly worked with Ali, who is very friendly and helpful. Not denying other peoples experiences, but based on my own personal rental situation with Klos I would definitely recommend them.

They must have a sign up in the office that says "Remember, the Tenant is always wrong!" A lot of things were broke when I moved in (fans, bars on windows, etc.). They told me they would fix them all during the showing, but after I signed the lease, I was told I could live with it or they would just remove them without being replaced (thank god there was nothing wrong with the toilet. Some of the office staff is friendly, unfortunately these are none of the people that have the power to help you out. The rest of the staff, well...

Klos is a great team of professionals that does a great deal to give back to the community. We have rented numerous units from Klos. They have always been attentive and quick to respond to questions and maintenance issues. I have worked with many individuals from the Klos team and it has always been a pleasant experience working with each person.

I have had the greatest experience with KLOS. Ive rented numerous properties from them over the span of ten years. They were always available, easy to talk with, fixed things right away. I have lived in the coolest parts of town in their rentals. I recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.

The agent didnt show up. We called, spoke to a person who said his name is Jamie who said hed track someone down. We waited another 30 minutes, no one shows up. We call again, no help.
