From the beginning of our experience with a certain real estate agent at Kentwood Real Estate Denver, we felt pressured and bullied. The buyers agent sought to take full advantage of us because we chose to pursue For Sale By Owner instead of hiring a real estate agent to represent us. She sent us the offer on our condominium with only 10 hours to respond and showed up uninvited at our house at 6am the following morning to pressure us into signing more quickly than we felt ready for. We were completely badgered and bullied through the entire negotiation process. She was trying to feed us misleading information about the true value of our property by sending arguments about how the county assesses our property value verses how it would likely be assessed by comparable reports. She kept trying to double dip in the negotiation process by asking us to drop our price for windows and the furnace and then asking for it AGAIN after inspection even though we had already resolved it. We are completely confident that she was attempting to take advantage of us because of our age and because we chose to pursue For Sale By Owner. Through the whole process, it was never a negotiation, but a war field and it was a completely unpleasant experience. In the end, there was a miscommunication. We had neglected to disclose information about a carpet burn because we thought that it had been documented in the inspection report (which we were never given a copy of, though we asked numerous times). And because of renovations we did on the condo, we were fully aware that the structure was stresscrete and therefore, the minor burn had caused zero structural damage. On the day of the closing, she and her client did a final walk through and saw the burn. She escalated the situation by inciting her client instead of trying to talk to us about it. When we did call, she kept hanging up on us and would not communicate with us about whether we would even still be having the closing or not. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism. We had to call and leave a voice message with her that we would not be showing up to closing unless we heard otherwise because it seemed our offense was too severe to warrant a closing. She then called us back for fear of losing the whole deal. We tried to leave some items in the garage as items for her client to potentially use in case she needed to replace something. Extra carpet, an extra door, extra blinds. We accidentally left a pipe in the garage that we were unaware of, and we were threatened with a fine because we left personal property in the garage, it would take a dumpster and a truck full of men to get rid of it and we didnt ask permission to leave the items. So I, a small woman, went over afterward, by myself, to remove the items listed above. Dont ever try to leave extra items for use by the next owner, I suppose. When we were at the closing, she badgered us and coerced us and more about the carpet and the garage because we were without any agent to advise us. It was literally the worst, least professional experience I have ever had. It would take a veritable miracle for me to even CONSIDER using Kentwood in ANY real estate transaction from here on out, whether it is as a buyers agent or a sellers agent, regardless of who the agent is. If this is the type and caliber of agent that Kentwood chooses to promote, then I want nothing to do with them.

Jacci sold our house in Highlands Ranch. Jacci is the best agent in Denver. Thats really all that needs to be said, but Ill elaborate. Jacci knows neighborhoods, home models, history, everything. She is in constant communication and you are never in the dark. She makes the home buying and selling experience completely painless. We bought our first home with Jacci, and just sold our last home with her (moved to Seattle). Weve used other realtors and no one compares to Jacci. You know how the Broncos wanted to win another super bowl so they signed Manning? Well, if you want to buy or sell a home you should contact Jacci. She knows the market inside and out, she knows Denver (all of it, even the metro area). When youre selling she vets the offers and helps you choose the strongest, not just the highest but who actually has financing and wont back out a week before closing. She can help you with the little things to make your offer strong and stand out. Shes the best of the best.

Cassidy, LLC and Kentwood Cherry Creek colluded to break contract and failed to pay contract terms for their design, branding, and website development work. Im a tiny little company and after putting months of work into their project, they refused to pay, refused to accept certified mail to demand payment, and dodged no less than 30 phone calls and emails regarding the matter. These people are bottom feeders. I had to struggle to feed my family after this project. They still owe me nearly $10k.

The company has a website dedicated to how badly they treated a client, nothing to like here.
