Horrible experience. The assistant property manager pretty much avoided us at all costs when we were trying to find out about our applications. We are moving to Colorado Springs from another state and had to personally drive the 8 hours there to actually meet her in person to discuss the status of our applications. Upon arriving, they told us that she was in her office and then she "had stepped out" when she was told we were there. Moving states is difficult enough but being avoided and having spend 150.00 in application fees, you would think that we would have a timely response. On top of the waiting and games with our applications, the owner of one of the properties actually called my cell phone and proceeded to personally attack me. I would honestly suggest avoiding this rental company at all costs. I would hate for anyone to go through the verbal abuse and games that this company plays. For saying they are professional, they have a great lack of in my opinion. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

I am concerned about this company. I spoke to Laura Sine and her assistant Tabatha. I called regarding a property they manage and the renters have run it down. In addition, the renters have damaged our property It took my multiple attempts to get ahold of them and I was left a message saying, "I work until 10pm so I am not free but you can continue to try amd get ahold of me or my assistant." Laura was not concerned about the issue. She said she would give them a three day notice to repair it though but could not evict them if they didnt. Will update if it actually gets done. Laura reports they only do a walk through once a year when the lease is up. Good for a renter, bad for the owner. As a homeowner that has multiple places, I would not want my landlord to have hat type of attitude or not concerned about my property. I will be trying someone else when it is time to rent out my property here. I have never dealt with Weichert before, but this definitely did not speak well of the company.

I rented an apartment from these incompetent baffoons 2015-2016 the complex was called Crestmoor apartments. The day I move in there were dead maggots in the freezer and fridge, it smelled horrible, the stove had nothing written on the knobs so you had no idea what the temperature was. There were mice and spiders in the apartment. The apartment was described as "remodeled", it clearly was no where near remodeled. I moved out 6/30/16 and they charged me from my security deposit $35 to replace a light bulb meanwhile I have VIDEO EVIDENCE THAT ALL LIGHTS WORKED UPON MOVE OUT. LOL THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Lets also mention my STOLEN MAIL due to them not changing the locks upon a prior tenants move out. Also lets mention the SECURITY CAMERAS that DO NOT EVEN WORK. Also lets mention how I had to call and see the property 3 TIMES, THEY DIDNT SHOW UP FOR 2 OF THE APPOINTMENTS. LOL THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. AND I WILL BE SUING THEM IN COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My old realtors changed their contracts with weichert. They were not understanding about it. They didnt want to go with our lease we signed with the old realtors and wanted to go by theirs that we never signed. We ended our lease in the middle of it, and when we moved into our home the condition of the house was fair, so when we moved out, we left it the way we came in; turns out weichert said we left the house a wreck and nothing was cleaned even though I spent two days cleaning that house inside out. We got charged for cleaning because they waited 10 days to look at the house. Dust collected easy in the home because its a old home from the 70s with orginal appliances. Looking into their rental properties, they raised the rent on homes the old realtors had up to $200 or more. Do not go with them.

The service has been so good and professional through the management team it is making me think I might not buy again!! So nice to have online maintenance and their follow up is nothing short of amazing. The have a great team! It made the transition easy!!

Laura Sine and her team were amazing property managers for us. She treated our rental properties like they were her own: carefully screening the tenants, responding quickly and always going above and beyond. If youre considering hiring a property manager, do yourself a favor and call Laura first.
