My home is currently listed. A realtor from this location brought a client to view our home. The client accidentally damaged our walls (we have video of it and understand it was an accident). However, they immediately left our home without a phone call or note of apology. Our realtor has attempted calling several times, with the only response being from a text message, denying what happened. When my realtor told her we have a video and understand it was an accident, but still would like compensation to fix the wall in a timely manner (so we can continue showings), she immediately stopped responding and blocked our realtors number. I feel this is extremely unethical. We have already hired legal counsel and are in the process of reporting her and this company to the real estate board. Its a huge pain... Please, please be very cautious if looking to hire them.
