We were referred to Jon by my sister who had an amazing experience buying her home with Jon. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were hustled out of the rental we were in and only had 45 days to find a new home. We called John, introduced ourselves, and told him our situation and that we planned to take this opportunity to buy our first house. Without hesitation, Jon got to work for us. He was there for us throughout the entire process, often going above and beyond what was asked or expected of him. We eventually found a home in Longmont and could not be happier! Jon would often show us a dozen houses in one afternoon just to go out and do the same thing the next day. He had no problem looking at any number of houses, driving all over the front range with us. He would make calls between showings to quote a new hot water heater, or furnace, etc. for the house we just saw. When houses popped up on the market, we would often act on them within 6-12 hours. He was great with our schedules. Jon continued to work hard for us after we went under contract as well. We used his recommendations for the house inspection and were very pleased. He accompanied us to all appointments including the inspection and walkthrough. Jon worked directly with our loan officer ensuring he was never the cause of any delay in the process. He often put pressure on the lender for us to turn things around in a timely fashion. He even drove out of his way to retreive disclosures that had to be hand delivered on behalf of the lender. All in all, we could not have asked for a better Realtor. With how stressful the entire process was, Jon didnt add to it he actually took some stress off. Jon has earned my business for as long as he wants it and I highly recommend him to any prospect buyer or seller. Cheers, Andrew J

First of all there is not enough space to express our gratitude towards Jon! We were referred to him through our broker, and at first we were hesitant about accepting the referral due to the traveling distance between us and our realtor. Jon was located in Denver and us being located in Cheyenne, Wy while we were looking for a residence in Loveland Co we still thought with driving times, working hours, and lets not forget the crazy market here in Colorado.. homes were pending within days of coming on to the market, how were we gunna find a place.. not to mention its not like we were his only clients! But the first time we met Jon he was 100% all in making us feel like his only clients making the grueling drive from Denver to Fort Collins and Loveland during rush hour just to meet us and show 1 or 2 properties! he was always up for anytime or day that worked for us to see a home! And due to his punctuality, patience, and just genuine kindess we are now proud first time home owners living literally in our dream home!! We thank you Jon, from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream a reality!!

Jon did an excellent job for me and my daughter. I interviewed 4 different realtors and Jon was not only the most professional out of the 4 but he was also competitive with his services, pricing, understanding of his Clients needs, and the most personable. He was always responsive to my needs, schedule, and worked with me to get the highest price in the shortest time. My townhouse was only on the market for four days and even though we priced it aggressively, we got several offers and I was very satisfied with the sale. Jon is professional and very good at what he does. Additionally, Jon helped me find a new place in a challenging price range in the area I wanted under a time deadline.
