Our former realtor and friend really disappointed us. It turns out the almighty dollar rules!! All KAREN BELLAMY had to do was process our paperwork...NO OTHER WORK on her part. We had only one couple look at our house...and that was before it was to go on the market. They were the ones that purchased our house. MLS pics were taken AFTER our house was under contract. We should have listened to the buyers when they suggested we not get a realtor involved. KAREN BELLAMY was so insistent we have her represent us... for our protection!! She agreed to take a cut in commission. She lied and made bank. We paid $37K in commission for what an attorney could have done for 5K. We told her before the transaction we werent happy... only to deaf ears. Very, very disappointed.

I rented a condo owned by Dawn Atchison who works out of this office. She was incredibly unprofessional as a landlord and showed terrible communication skills throughout. The place was not cleaned before we occupied and when we left it in far better shape she overcharged for additional "cleaning fees". Would not recommend working with this agent

My experience differs from the two negative reviews. I assume new management has helped this office rebound. Perfect location; convenient for parker/Douglas county residents. Professional and punctual staff.

Location of the office is close to downtown Parker. Parking is great. Office staff very friendly and knowledgeable about real estate.
