Best decision I made was signing with Marina and Evolve. The website is sleek, well designed, and user friendly for me and my tenant. The record keeping makes it easy to keep track of expenses and is very helpful at tax time. Marina is also a master communicator, which is extremely rare to find. She is quick to respond to tenant and property issues and only uses the best contractors which she gets at an amazing rates. I always feels informed about issues with my property and rest easy knowing that Evolve will treat me and my property well. Marina truly treats my property as if it were her own - I spent months researching property management companies and Evolve stands well above the rest.
