As a single mom of two young children the thought of buying a home came at me with a daunting reality. I was unsure of how to navigate the world of real estate and I wanted to be certain that I was getting a home that would suit my families’ needs without leaving us poor at the end of the month. Michael walked into my place of business one day and when we started talking about the real estate market currently, he had a pleasant disposition and outlook and I realized that he would be the right person for the job. I couldn’t be happier with my decision, not only did he provide the perfect amount of attention to my needs he also kept reality close at bay. I have never been happier in a home that I have lived in, I have never been more excited for a purchase, and I have never been more impressed with someone’s high level of customer service or attention to detail. Mary is awesome. In the fall of 2013 I started looking for a home and Mary immediately said "I have the perfect home for you!". Unfortunately I was too scattered to realize it at the time and looked at many other houses, put in 2 offers that crashed & burned when I finally asked Mary to take me back to the very first house. We walked in and after about 30 seconds I knew it was the one. Mary smiled her knowing smile and said "yea!" I found Mary to be infinitely patient with me; as a first time home buyer there were so many questions and I was a stressed out buyer. And she hung in there with me during the mortgage process and gave me a lot of very positive support. Additionally, Mary gave me great counsel on the offer and helped me negotiate some tricky things, including swapping out a brand new electric range for a gas range, including the seller running a gas line. I bought a house through Mary Tatum in 2009 who works for Red Rock Realty. After moving into the home, I realized that I had bought a lemon. Since it was my first home buying experience, I was duped. Mary had her inspector/friend come over to do an "inspection" in which he missed major foundational issues which were covered up by the seller/realtor who flipped it. Besides the foundation, he also missed the asbestos in the basement and major structural issues. When I posted on my Facebook page that I got into a lemon of a house, Mary "un-friended" me right away and spoke negatively of me to a mutual friend and ironically, her friend/inspector, Wally Kunstman showed up the next day to look at the house. According to him, he barely knows Mary, therefore, I attribute his impeccable timing to incredible psychic powers. I dont know about the other realtors at Red Rock, but Id avoid Mary at all costs. Find an honest realtor with integrity instead, they do exist thankfully.

Baylee is the Best!!! I bought my house a little over 2 years ago with Baylee as my realtor and she was just amazing! She puts the time and effort into helping her clients get what they want. Even though I had a bad experience with the sellers realtor and the sellers of the house I was buying she still made phone call after phone call after the closing to get the sellers and the sellers realtor to fix the issues. Although they were uncooperative in living up to their word, Baylee did all she could for me. And I greatly appreciate her! She is the only realtor Ill ever use!
