Very disappointed as Brian was not what we had expected. As a potential buyer of a listing Brian had, our experience we thought would be great dealing with him based on all these great reviews. However, what we found was someone who did not want to work with us and who was very rude to our realtor regarding any questions we had and who did not reply to any of our emails. We were extremely disappointed in how we as potential buyers for one of his listings were treated. We felt he just refused to help us regardless on a listing we really really liked. He was not at all what we thought he would be. :-(

When I ask people about first-time ownership, I always get horror stories about their experience through the whole process. I guess my family is one of the rare groups that really had a blessed time because we had such a blessed person working to meet our needs--Brian Thomas.
