I am so grateful for Jackie Selix! I was so stressed, my home buying experience was a nightmare!!! Jackie really calmed me down and helped me out. By the way, she wasnt even my realtor! My realtor (from an international agency) was the absolute worse! He was the reason I was so stressed! If youre looking to buy in this market, you need to get a realtor whos going to work with you and not against you! Theyre affecting your stress level, finances, livelihood, home life, everything!! My realtor didnt even show me the home I bought, he had some random realtor from his agency show it, I think because it was on a weekend and he didnt seem so do weekends. I was angry because I considered my home choice a desperate purchase. But after talking with Jackie she gave me tips, talked about the neighborhood, and even did the final walkthrough with me because by that time I was so over my realtor! Now I absolutely love my home and I really attribute it all to Jackie!

Went in today with paper work in order to rent a house. I was told on the phone that both places were still available so I proceed to get a money order as well as all the nessecary paper work. I show up today to a very rude offer worker telling me that the properties listed on there website werent technically theirs and that I would have to apply with the company that owned it. Which is not what I was told over the phone. The front desk person talked to me like I had the intelligence of a third grader. Im not sure why pissed off people work a front desk. The whole dealing with this company has been a waste of time and money for me. And to add the cherry on top I get to be treated like that in person? Bravo merit company!

Worst property management ever!!!! No follow through. A rip off. They expect u to have things done on a whim but still havent fixed things that were broken when we moved in 2yrs ago. Among countless other issues. Stay away from merit at all cost!!!

Beth Gorczyca is an uneducated, power hungry, excuse for an office manager. She is rude and ugly towards tennants. She lies and cannot be trusted. Get everything in writing if you must do business with this loser.

Pattie was absolutely amazing! I would rate this a 5 star but pattie sent my husband and I to merit on Elkton Dr. in the springs and form there, my husband and I had the worst experience.
