If you are relocating to Pueblo from a larger city and dont know the area very well, I highly recommend Mary Highline. After consulting with three other realtors in the area (with big name agencies), I quickly learned that a smaller town has a different standard of customer care and a different sense of urgency when it comes to conducting a real estate transaction. Mary Highline, with over 30 years of real estate experience in Pueblo, had the expertise, hustle, and professionalism I am used to coming from a larger town, tempered with the genuine compassion and concern for my situation I never encountered in a business deal. In short, she got me a spectacular deal on a short sale (everyone from neighbors to installers to deliverymen to friends say I "stole the house") and it took 30 days from searching for the house to move-in. That, in itself, was a feat, but I was really impressed with the way she handled my anxiety on a personal level as we waited for the bank to accept the deal, sent her assistant to watch my cats at the hotel room when I needed to run to the bank to correct an error, or presented me with a beautiful housewarming gift, beaming. I admit I had a prejudice against working wth an agency with Christian marketing, raised to believe "Theyll rob you in the name of God." Mary Highline completely broke me of my prejudice. Her faith is sincere and simply part of who she is as a person. I encourage any person of any faith to try out Believers Realty. Mary understands that buying a house is a huge, daunting process and she takes it seriously. She shares your vision of a happy future in your new home. Trust her. She knows her stuff.

I was extremely disappointed with the services that Mary Highline provided or didnt provide. She said she would let me know the status on the house I was interested in while I get my pre-approval and get things in order. Not only did the amount of the house change and I was not told by her but also it went under contract and I had to call her to find out the bad news. When I called she asked if I wanted to see other properties. As a christian woman she was not very considerate of what her job should be and very disorginazed. I would never recommend anyone to use Believers Realty, if you do you will be disappointed.
