I rented from lori allen for a year, for the MOST part things were taken care of BUT due to dope head neighbors moving in and causing MASSIVE stress and problems for me, I had a nervous breakdown and asked her if I could cut my lease early and just leave the apartment in best clean condition. She AGREED. Later as I try to rent another apartment she tells them how HORRIBLE of a tenant I was??!!! I left BECAUSE of the horrible tenants! !! Thanks to her review I was living in a homeless shelter for 6months because of her "feedback". Thanks lori, Ill never forget your soulless self! RUN! Remaxx staff will be SURE to screw you over someway in the long end.

Our experience with this office was overall positive. We want to send special kudos to Rochelle Cozzalino who did a wonderful job. She was very professional and provided us her expertise in our final home purchase in Pueblo. Our move from out of state was stressful but we felt we were in good hands with Rochelles guidance. Terrible landlord. They wont make timely repairs to my rental. Larry turner is a jerk in my opinion. Not to mention they want to take pictures of my house with all my possessions in it after living here for one month. A total invasion of privacy. I will never rent from these bastards again and suggest you dont either.

Worst place I have ever rented from, had to pay almost 3000 to get in, they dont want to fix anything and when after years of renting a tinderbox with no smoke detectors all they can tell other places I apply to is that Im in default, no, youre in default, never renting from this company ever again
