The owner Shawn is very unprofessional. He discriminates who he rents/sells houses too. Mr. Shawn only wants to rent out to girls but if he is forced to rent out to guys they have to be in the same fraternity he was in back in the day. He blatantly dislikes guys in other fraternities and its just silly. People just want to rent out a house, you should be able to get one no matter what fraternity you are in or if your a guy or girl. He is a 40+ year old man and he needs to act like one.

Absolutely horrible. I dont know how they stay in business. The guy that was suppose to meet with me was an hour late and their ad online for the house was wrong. A company with better people skills needs to take over that market.
