This is a horrible management company. I would not recommend renting a house that they manage. The house was dirty when we moved in and had a list of items wrong with it. We had to pay someone to come clean it before we moved in. When we moved out, we had the house professionally cleaned and left it in much better shape than when we moved in. Kathy Schade chose to deduct a list of repairs from our deposit, including a lot of items that were already broken when we moved in. Do not rent from these people or they will pretty much call you a liar and keep your deposit money.
