Wish I could give 0 stars. WORST landlord Ive ever dealt with. He made it so difficult to live in the property. His wife was actually very pleasant to speak to and very helpful but she was hardly there. He never gave us correct information and always had a sarcastic remark no matter how nice I tried to be. We had numerous issues with the house and he would not come out until he was ready. The "emergency line" is a joke. Not once did I ever receive a call back after leaving my name and phone number. Water heater was out of date, took two days to replace and we were without water during that time. Air conditioner went out multiple times during the peak summer months and we would have to go stay with family because it would take him days to get someone out there. He gave us complete incorrect info majority of the time, for example, told us that after our year contract was up, we would have to sign another year long contract. Which after going back and reading the contract we noticed it would convert to a month to month basis. We never paid our monthly rent late and stayed away from him as much as we could. NEVER rent or give him property to manage. (doesnt refund your deposits either)

They dont even deserve one star. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST landlords !! There were leaks from the roof in two different rooms and it took them EIGHT months to fix it. And that was only when I threatened to not pay rent and hired someone FOR THEM ! Now we think we might have mold due to the FIVE + years of leaking in the bathroom and they havent even sent anyone out to check. I HAVE A ONE YEAR OLD AND A DOG ! If there is mold, these worthless ass holes dont even care about their health. DONT EVER GO THROUGH PAUL GARRETT REALTOR!!

I would give zero stars if that were an option, they dont deserve even the one star. Paul Garrett is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. He is slow to fix problems with the property, refuses to fix mold, and very inconsiderate. He goes into the property whenever he wants without notice even though we have asked to give notice first so we can put our dog away. I cant even begin to put into words the frustrations I have with this landlord. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I would give zero stars if I had the option. The absolute worst landlord I have ever met. He is extremely rude and sarcastic when answering questions. He is constantly violating Texas Property Code (hires "handy men" who arent licensed through the state, he refused to replace my front door dead bolt, and dont get me started on the electrical and plumbing issues.) It is painfully obvious this property manager doesnt care about tenants but rather money.
