I dont understand how they afford a commercial when they dont have enough to pay for a maintenance man with a professional license. We got our full deposit back, but I hated dealing with these poor business practices. You should be better about advertising, as what we got when we moved in was not as described (new paint, working sprinkler system, and hot tub), maintaince, property management, as the yard was a MESS when we moved in, and dealing with residents. Not to mention our mailbox was falling apart. I get I may be a difficult person, but Walid is a sexist who cannot communicate with women. I know they remember me because I would not let them take advantage of me. Read your lease 10 times. He also tried to make me to professionally clean the carpets when it is not in the lease. Get a real repairman. Get a real lease. Get it together. This is a terrible business. *I just know what I pay for. We are extremely happy in a better house that is the same size for a better price with a better realty company that has professional staff that knows how to take care of their homes. Shout out to Silver Star Properties!

Received a house, rent was jacked up $100 a month, door frames were damaged from door being kicked in, never were fixed when I lived in the house, had house steam cleaned and was detailed, deposit never received back. Realtor actually wanted to send me an invoice for damage to house that was noted when I moved in and he knew about. **house was SPOTLESS. In far better shape than when it was received by tenant. Previous tenants AND realtor left paint from previous pant project in the garage, water leak previous to me moving in damaged sheet rock where red paint was "supposedly splashed", I intentionally gave the realtor, Walid al-souki extra money for late fees one month, I have the receipt in his hand writing, and he pocketed the money. There was no grease stain from me, normal wear from previous tenant, as noted by me to the realtor. Fridge and oven were cleaned. Carpet was steam cleaned, house was spotless aside from damage the realtor refused to fix**
