Sounds to me like the owner has bin trying to up hold multiple positions do to lack of employee resources intern displaying fatigue that some are misconstruing moreover a code of conduct can be implemented by a home owners Association, this especially is true in a deed restricted community also a land lord and a property Manager can do the same but cant (steer) with this said if you agree to the terms of use and hold true to your word of honor you should be fine but if you dont uphold your agreement and violate the terms then you complaining about corrective measure taken on the companys behalf would be like you agreeing not to drink while driving then protesting that an officer shouldnt have given you a DUI even thow you where driving under the influence and you clearly violated the terms agreed In order for you to enjoy that privilege. Hold your self up with stature and do some do diligence If there is something in the contract that doesnt comply with your situation take corrective measure and iron out the details before entering into a contract!! Maby theres other arrangements that can be made for instance another property that can accommodate you preferences remember as a walking wallet you have some leverage

I was the veteran that was evicted out of this place. I wish there was a lawyer out there that would stand up to them theyve done numerous things to other tenants they pick and choose what apartments do want to help out. When I say that I mean I rent being late not charging them, going into peoples houses with no notification or saying they were there. while in court the representative from their firm so they were never in my apartment, five minutes later she show them pictures of inside of the trailer home I was renting. if they are willing to tell a judge a bull face lie . what do you think theyre willing to tell you as a renter and try to get away with. If they cannot tell the truth in court under oath how do you expect him to tell you the truth anywhere else. enclosing then there is still a great place to live I recommend not going through them and find a different realtor to help you out and God bless anybody that deal with them right now I pray for you all not to get screwed over like I did and deal with this during Christmas time. god bless everyone and Merry Christmas

He probably was trying to get us offended so he could get another buyer and be a sellers and a buyers agent at the same time to get his full commission percentage. To all sellers, be aware of this office; its doing your properties no good. To all buyers, if you come with an agent, theyll try to give you a hard time to let you leave
