I would not recommend renting from NP Realty what so ever ... Especially having Rory as your landlord. The "maintenance guy" seemed to always be around the vicinity of my apartment at least every other day and was always stopping at the shed for reasons that were never apparent.Things became much clearer once it was discovered that the "maintenance guy" was actually the OWNER of the apartment. It became clear that he (the OWNER) was watching his tenants when Im sure there are privacy laws set in place for these kinds of things , especially without reason. I do not recommend Rory due to his incapability of being professional. He blasted confidential information to a whole room of strangers and utters remarks about his tenants that are unnecessary, childish, and novice for a "business man". College students beware : this company will try to run over you and get over on you if you let them.

The agents here are really helpful. We ran into a snag with our application due to something that an employer failed to file, and instead of just denying our application they gave us a chance to let us prove it was supposed to be taken care of. They were very through when they did our rental tour, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Rory with NP Realty is a very straight forward and very honest business man. Id highly recommend renting from NP Realty and if I ever need another rental I guarantee they will be my first call!
