Rachel Bruno, the person who is in charge of this Remax, does not care about customer service what so ever. From the very beginning she gave my husband and I a hard time trying to rent out a home and made it hard to even turn in an application in. Other agents that were trying to get a hold of her and finally talked to her told us "good luck" after talking to her and insinuated she was rude. When she called us telling my husband and I were declined approval we asked why and she told us first that we didnt make 3x the rent. When we assured her again that we made quite a bit more than that she responded "Oh... ok well there are other reasons why you dont qualify." Like she didnt even look at our application. It sounded as though she didnt want "us" to rent out the home and already made up her mind as if she was the landlord. She then described other issues why we "didnt qualify" and I told her I could provide proof otherwise she said "we could possibly take that into consideration, but its a No." wouldnt take rentals if not a year or longer or family (what are you suppose to do if thats all you have?) and "couldnt tell ahold of the last renter." Other agents were actually apologizing FOR her. Very rude and tried to screw us out of renting from the very beginning. Furthermore, we ended up getting approved for a rent that was more money with no problem, so this just meant that it wasnt us it was her and her motives. I hope whoever uses Rachel as an agent doesnt run into any "problems" with her and she doesnt play favoritism or scue your situation like she did ours.

I have been renting from these people for 2 years now. It has been a nightmare since the beginning!!!!!! Now I have been without hot water for almost a week, they keep giving me the run around as always. So many things wrong w the house & empty promises of fixing stuff. Im not the only one, I have been in the office on more than one occasion & hear other renters complaining about the houses & they always say .. oh we have to ask the owner of they would approve that , seems to be their favorite excuse. I have rented lots of houses & apartments in my time, I moved around alot in My 20s & I have yet to have landlords like these!! #DisappointedAgain
