Dealt w/this realty company as a renter. The rental property person had delayed repair service, caused damage to the home. Had also called of a city issue - something that came in the mail for the owner of property. Rental property said that they were to busy to take care of it.Called the city to inquire - the owner of home had to pay a big fine for delay of notice. Sent a work acquaintance to rent from them, a water pipe had broken. Took several days for rental property to send someone to access damage (carpets laid wet for several days). Feel bad for the owners of the home, rental property will collect money and have handy man cover up any damage.

I live in the cambridge village apartments, and Ive been extremely satisfied with living here. Fil-am Realty has taken care of us better than I would expect a realty company to. When we found out the oven wouldnt work in our apartment, they immediately sent us a brand new one which we have loved, and when I broke our shower, they promptly sent over a guy to have to fixed. Candy has called several times to make sure maintenance people came and that we were getting proper treatment. I would recommend going through this company to anyone.

Worst reality company ever. From day one moving into a rental house they did not repaint or even vaccum the house. Extremely slow with any repair requests. The worst of all was upon move out didnt get the security deposit back and had to pay them. They put bogus charges on there like servicing the AC. As a tenant that was not my responsibility to pay. I have rented several homes and worked with several reality companies and hands down this is the most incompetent, unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with

Posting as a contractor for repairs at rental properties: These ladies speak dishonestly. They will put words in your mouth. They will tell you they told you things that they never did. Following the second time that they cancelled a work order on me without telling me and didnt pay for the services I stopped excepting their work. Stay away from this company!
