Response to review below- Paul, I am sorry to hear you feel I blew you off after we spoke on the phone that day. I asked Nathan to call you to discuss it and see if you would be willing to make it work. Nathan called me later that evening and told me you were again happy with the situation and that you looked at 3 offers that day and signed one shortly after. Nathan had mentioned to me that he told you he was in a family court hearing for the week(during the day) and would be reachable after business hours only that week. I understand some people want immediate responses, but I can understand sometimes life gets in the way and it just isnt always possible and I truly apologize that you ever felt unimportant or disrespected. In the end what I myself can factually say is that I never heard back from you since that day, I thought the problem was resolved, so I thought you were happy once again. Your home sold and closed within 39 days on the market with a cash offer. The reason the first offer didnt work out was only due to repair requests which you didnt seem to want to do, not lost paperwork. It is true that sometimes agents pre-negotiate verbally before putting terms on paper, but I myself remember getting multiple calls from the buyers agent on that situation and we seemed to be very far off from a repair agreement. Also just so that you understand; the only agent trying to show your home a few times toward closing was the buyers agent so that his buyers could do a final walkthrough and verify the condition of the home was not any different than when they made their offer. I also truly wanted to help so I offered via phone message and email to have a sit down with myself and the broker for our office to offer any help I could, even after you had closed. I never got a response from that so I assumed you were happy with the closing. We do work with many clients on a daily and monthly basis and this is the only negative review I have seen anywhere so I do take it very seriously and am sorry you feel that it didnt go the way it should have. I truly wish you would have contacted me personally or come in to meet me to resolve any ongoing issues as I never intended for you to feel I blew you off, but I understand your frustration and realize you were out of the area. I hope you accept my sincere apologies. Brayson

Enrique Lira is the best! Found and closed on home in about a month. Was dealing with another realtor for about 2 months via email. When I arrived in San A. and asked if she or an associate could show me just a few homes one particular day (I had been eying these homes on the net for quite some time) she went on about making an appointment 6 days later in her office to discuss what it is that I am really looking for! Seriously? Hung up the phone with her, called Enrique (his name and picture were associated with one of the homes of my interest). He told me that he couldnt show me the homes just that minute, but if I could give him a few hours to set up appointments to show the homes of interest and to satisfy his other previous obligations he would be more than happy to do so. He is a true professional, working the weekend with me up until late in the evenings. He is not pushy, and quickly recognized what it was we were looking for in a home. He knows the area, shopping, communities, and schools like no other. He is a one stop shop in finding a home. He has his preferred lender who is just great, as well as inspectors, etc. I am serious when I say this company and Enrique are what and who you are looking for if you are in the market. Just excellence!

Horrible experience! My agent (Nathan) was a terrible communicator, and often made it seem like I was bothering him. He would take several days to return calls, never followed through and dropped the ball several times including losing a buyer due to not completing paperwork. A few days before closing I still had people attempting to view my home because Nathan “forgot” to change the listing status to under contract. I asked his supervisor (Brayson) if he could assign a different agent and he blew me off. After several days of attempting to contact Nathan for closing details, I was contacted by the title company because they were missing information and they were unable to contact him. I completed all the closing paperwork (while TDY) with the very helpful title company with no help from Keller Williams. I have never felt so unimportant and disrespected, and what genuinely hurts is that I paid a good chunk of change for their help! I would not recommend Brayson, Nathan or team Infinity.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It was our first house we were new to the whole process and had no idea what to expect. Our Agent was Amber V. she was simply amazing we had so many questions and called all the time I always said " hey sorry to bother you but.." and she would always reassure me that we where never a bother! The experience was so simple and easy well as easy as buying a house can be! I would definitely recommend Keller Williams Realty to ANY home buyer first time or fifth time they make it so easy to get into the home of your dreams!!

We had an exceptional experience with Adrianne Lacroix of Keller Williams Heritage. Our loan process ended up being very complicated, but Adrianne truly went above and beyond what we would have ever expected or experienced from a real estate agent. She maintained constant communication with us throughout the entire process and staying professional even during stressful situations. I would recommend her to anyone!

Marios a true realtor professional who stayed by our side through eight month relocation and buying process. My wife and me faced major challenges working in two different states and two other pieces of real estate. But, Mario stayed by our side, showed us well over 40 homes and over eight months helped us until the time was right to buy. He is a true caring realtor professional, HIRE THIS GUY!

Horrible experience with these people. Queta is extremely rude an unprofessional. Also Florencio is rarely available due to him "being on conference calls". Missed out on the home of our dreams due to there lack of communication skills and failure to accurately describe what they are selling. Selecting one star is in my opinion "one star too many".

Mr Hesles was referred to us and described as the most competent realtor in the city. He is patient, very pragmatic, and he has a genuine understanding of the high-end real estate market. His familiarity with San Antonio and his market insight (especially during these tumultuous times) made us very grateful we selected him as our realtor.

Trying to rent an apartment through this realtor, I spent $90 on application fees and havent heard from them in a week. They wont return my calls, but they sure cashed the check. HIghly disappointed, and its a pity, I have great credit and it was a nice apartment, but I guess Ive thrown my money out the window on this one.
