Ive never seen a more disorganized company. They cannot keep straight what properties are available nor can they keep track of all the applications they are receiving. I was given the run around about 2 properties for a week. I was even given the code to a duplex so I can look around, when I get there, there is already peoples belongings in there from moving in! How disrespectful for the tenant currently living there. When I call to complain, Doug is extremely disrespectful. Did I get my application fee back? Of course not! This is why they keep accepting applications, they bank off your non refundable application fee. Dont be a sucker people, there is a reason why they have such a poor rating. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They have a drop box that you are able to drop off rent after hours, back in August that drop box got broken into, they try to make renters liable for rent that got stolen. I decline to pay for there negligence. And had arguments with there manager over the phone about this. In September they made you sign a paper that there not liable if rent is stolen from drop after you sign. Went in today to pay rent and manager that I argue with refuse to give me a receipt for pay rent. He finally gave in a gave me a copy only but didnt sign it. Told me in the future if I want a sign copy to bring in my own copy and they will sign it. Avoid them if you can. Im moving out as soon as I find a place

Only giving one star because it wont let me give zero stars. Moved into our rental house to find a six foot section of carpet that had been saturated in dog pee. Even though the carpet has been professionally cleaned since we moved in, the house still smells like pee, but according to this company and the owner of the house, that is a "servicable" condition. It should have been replaced before we ever moved in, since thats the whole point of a security deposit! Do not rent a house from these people!

One of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. They dont even deserve 1 star. Please read all other horrible reviews about this company. Please do not rent from these people they will make your life HELL! Perfect renter never late on payments and they disrespect, never return calls, and never do anything they say. There is a reason why the company has 3 to 4 video cameras outside their business! Please dont rent from these horrible people...
