Very seldom do you find a realtor who looks out for you like a friend, not just a client. There is a very clear difference between the two. As a client, a realtor will look out for your best interest. As a friend, Levi Rodgers looks out for your best interest— while going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you get exactly what you want. Our home buying experience was an exceptional one. I attribute that to the hard work and dedication of Levi and his team. His suggestions, experience and ability to make you feel like someone he truly cares about— is what sets his company above the rest in the San Antonio area. My wife and I moved into a gorgeous new home. He was there when we picked the lot, decided on a design, with negotiations, during construction, at the deco studio, closing day— he even paid for a third party inspection to make sure we had a quality home with no reservations. He did not have to do all of that. But that’s Levi. He’s a war veteran who knows how to fight— for you! He’s a man of integrity, compassion and honesty. Levi chimed in when he thought we needed something more, he was aggressive on the negotiations without being condescending or pushy, and he helped land us in a dream home we’re truly proud of. I’ll never forget the day we got the keys to our new home. Levi was there with gifts in hand. Not just any gifts— these were thoughtful keepsakes that we’ll treasure forever. One of the gifts included a custom painting of our exact home with a beautiful frame. Levi also helped suggest a mortgage company lender and other important allies needed for the home-buying experience. We can’t wait to have him over for drinks— as a friend. Its taken me a while to write this review but around April, Levi afforded me the opportunity to move to San Antonio from Killeen. I needed to be where I could make a better life for my 2 kids and I, along with being where we could be safer from a DV situation we had been evading. I was having major issues dealing with my current landlord and the realtor I was trying to rent from in San Antonio. Unfortunately, I couldnt afford to get anything Levi was working with so I had to go through another company. Levi helped mediate some issues with the other realtor along with helping me cover some unexpected costs the others wanted that I couldnt pay. If it werent for Levi and his company, I wouldve been trying to swim to the top from a homeless shelter because either way, we could not stay in Killeen. Levi and his team were always very helpful and nice as we were trying to get all this straight. They are about getting things done not just talking about getting things done. As a veteran, I really felt he had my back as we talk about being our brothers keeper in the veteran community. I delt with real estate companies that didnt want to return my call even though I had cash in hand and delt with a company that approved me but wanted to do everything possible to not let me move in despite having a good rental history. I highly recommend this company to everyone relocating to or moving within San Antonio. After all this, I owe Levi the first precion rifle I build.
