We used Keller Williams when we sold our 1st home about 3.5 years ago and Misti Rios was our selling agent and she did an outstanding job of working with us to sell our home. We had such a wonderful experience with her and the Keller Williams team that when we recieved orders(military) back to San Antonio, we knew we wanted to work with the Keller Williams team again to purchase a home. We had a unique buying situation this go round as we were stationed in Hawaii (military) but wanted to purchase a home before we arrived to San Antonio. We let our lending company liasion know of our unique buying situation, as they connect customers to realtors, and that we needed someone to really be our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground to give us all the information we needed to make a smart purchase and we told them we wanted to work with an agent from Keller Williams. The person our lending company liasion selected for us was Linda Cantu and from our very first phone conversation I knew she would be exactly the type of agent we needed to aide us in this unconventional "site unseen" buying process. She was honest, knowledgeable, insiteful, professional, timely with responses and getting information to us, and just a very nice person to work with, just to name a few things. She went above and beyond to make our buying process as smooth as possible and I will be forever grateful. Coming from Hawaii, Ohana (family) is a very important theme and I can say that Linda is more than just a realtor to us, she is now apart of our Ohana.

Horrible experience with (Patrick Casey), he deals with rentals for this company.Took almost a week to get clarification about the availability of a property. By the time it was confirmed, the house already had an application being processed. He was very unresponsive. When we finally spoke he told me it would take 5-7 business days to process an application. I told him, I have leased properties through Coldwell and I knew for a fact it didnt take that long... he responded by asking me what was the address to my properties so he could look them up. As if, he didnt believe I owned property and had the nerve to challenge that by looking them up. All of this because I wanted to know the status of an application. This is a synopsis of the unpleasant experience dealing with him. Renters be aware and home owners, Im not sure if he manages properties as well but I assure you, this is not someone Id leave my investment in the hands of. ////Patrick Casey//

TDY Haven LLC

My husband and I used this company to buy our third rental property. we have worked with many wonderful and knowledgeable realtors. I will NEVER use this company again. At first our realtor Priscilla Gonzales was very responsive. However, as the process moved along and we got closer to making a offer she seemed annoyed when we asked questions and got offended when we questioned the way the contract was since we were not familiar with it. To top everything off, we closed on the house and she informed us that the ultities were with the city of cibolo. Our water and electric was turned off on a Monday (we closed on the friday before) and of course since we had closed were able to get a hold of her to ask for the correct information. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the professionalism and tact that she displaced.

Paul Figliomeni got word yesterday that I may be doing house searching. Since then I have received at least 3 emails with completely useless info. He said he got my info from my lender, I dont have one yet. Be careful who accidentally gets your info, if its this guy, welcome to spam city. Also found his attitude to be very poor and rude.

Realtor will cancel on you at 8am letting you know that between 12am (midnight) and 8am the next morning, someone put in an "application" preventing you from viewing a house that you confirmed three times the previous day
