Im a prior tenant of 22002 Goldcrest Run. I will never rent or buy through Remax or Christina Whipple again, nor will I recommend anyone else do so. I placed an $1100 deposit in the beginning, and upon moving out I received a bill around $1400.00 after they deducted my initial deposit. I had the carpet cleaned, and thought the house looked pretty good. We puttied any nail holes in the wall, and asked for the paint color before we moved out. We were never given a specific paint color, but were told to try and match it on our own or to use another color that wasnt the original (which would have meant me having to paint the entire house to make it match). Upon moving out, I replied that we never painted the walls because we could never get a specific color from Christina. After we moved we were told about a month later that nearly all the walls were damaged and we werent suppose to putty them. Unfortunately, I never received anything from Christina about not puttying the walls, or I wouldnt have taken the time to do it in the first place. We were also charged for trash in the outdoor trashcans, which we had purposely done since we had paid the trash company to pick up the trash and the trash bins the following Tuesday. Another experience includes the air conditioner going out in the middle of the summer and having to wait more than 24 hours for it to be fixed. The house thermostat maxed out in the 90s, so we had to stay elsewhere since we have 3 kids (this includes a 2 year old at the time). This is my first, worst, and ONLY experience I will ever have with Christina Whipples company, and has made me say no to any other Remax realtor because of such a bad experience. If no stars were an option, that would be my rating. Save yourself some time, distress, and financial loss, and look elsewhere.

Had multiple issues with 11000 Forest Pass Court in Live Oak. Some things like the fence were broken upon move in, though these were addressed in a timely manner. My biggest concern was the water. The water system has rusted and corroded aluminum pieces, which leached into the tap water. Someone came out to replace the pieces, but we had drank this water through a filter for months. However, the filter was for taste and not metals. Its clear no routine maintenance had been done for years. The fridge had an issue where it would emanate this chemical smell from inside. We never found out what it was because Richard Osburn only said that tenants are responsible for cleaning the fridge. The fridge was not dirty, something in the cooling or water system of the fridge was leaking a chemical and he refused to have it serviced because after looking at it he couldnt smell it. Upon move out he tried to charge me for light bulbs, even though I had left extra bulbs by the front door as I didnt not have the time to install them. Squirrels infested the attic because the vents werent properly secured. It was fixed eventually but no one ever came back to get the squirrel cage, which I assume is still in the attic.

Christina Whipple is a crook- horrible person Screws people over Liar, thief, unprofessional , unethical, dishonest,discourteous, racist, took my deposit with made up fees on items that werent ours sent her proof on pictures , emails and the move in form she initially gave us to fill out and denies the information she rip us off do not do business with this office Owner Rick Acosta shakes this off by saying she is independently owned and has nothing to do with Remax even though her business card has Remax Logo on it and we met at this office terrible people all going to hell for stealing What they do is fraud She sent me invoices with a date 6 weeks after we moved out from a lawn company. I have also been asked to remove this post by Debbie Acosta owner of Remax I guess they do have allot to cover up and dont want people to know exactly how things are run in this office if this happens to you speak up , post it Let other people know so this wont happen to others.

Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first about the process. Luckily we found Christine Aldrete via online which made the process much easier than we imagined. She is very quick to respond to our questions thru texts, emails or calls and kept us well informed throughout the buying process. We are very happy with our first home and very pleased with Christines service. We couldnt thank her enough with all of her hard work. She loves her job and is really good at it. Shes been a realtor for the past 25+ years. We highly recommend Christine without hesitation!!

I would highly recommend using their services. After reading the reviews, I would say be sure to interview with any potential agents, you can tell their character pretty quickly, the agent I used was a fantastic one to say the least. I mean, I dont even want to look at the list of rentals they may have anymore because of this mans attitude towards me. When I asked if they had rentals available he literally said, "uuuh, yeah..." like I was an idiot for even asking.

This office supports our veterans and military as they did a HUGE Veterans Day party with free food and a raffel in which ALL money for raffel tickets went to the Warrior and Family Support Center at Ft SAm! They raised al;most 4000.00 ! These very honest people and truly have your best interest at heart.

Horrible company!! Pulled a house off the market just so I could not rent it due to having service dogs. My wife and I are both retired Army and need our dogs. Take your business else where!! They find any loop hole to screw people over!
