On A whim I searched on the web "Canyon Lake Houses for Sale." The most personable website of realtors came up with John & Jake Gee. I contacted Jake and provided her my modest request of a vacation home close to the lake, 2 bedrooms and low maintenance. Immediately, I was provided listings and she scheduled showings for us the next weekend. I warned her that I was taking my wife and kids, 4 & 7 at the time. She said "no problem." We met John and Jake the next week. Jake showed us the houses and John knew the carpentry needs as well as entertained the kids. We saw several houses with kids and questions in tow. All my questions were answered, even the ones I did not ask. The Gees never pressured us and were always patient. When they showed us what became our dream property they advised us on art of negotiating for property in the area and saved us from our impulses until an offer was accepted and was equitable to both parties. John provided us with the names and numbers for trusted local trade professionals to take care of our immediate changes. Well one year later and no regrets, "We love our weekend home and the surrounding community." Thank You Lee Heather William and Robert Dobie!

In over 30 years of buying and selling properties, we have never had a better real estate experience than dealing with John and Jake Gee. Jake was always available to answer questions, follow-up with the seller, and recommend contractors to assist us with evaluating the property before we purchased it. They are both professional and knowledgeable realtors who care about the people involved in the transaction. Their involvement showed us that it was "not just a job" to them.
