March 7, 2017 To the JB Goodwin Management Team, I wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation for one of your Team Members. Lori Hill was our Real Estate Agent. She was absolutely amazing. She showed us many homes. She was patient. She answered any questions that we had, this is our first home purchasing together. When Clay and I said a house that didn’t meet our needs, she was not pushy. She let us make the ultimate decision. At the closing, we had a problem with the sellers. They did not do as they said they would and clean the house and take all their stuff out of the house. Lori was more that generous with her time, she offered to help remove the trash and she even tried to right a wrong. The sellers took the TV mounts out of the walls that was not to be removed. Lori went above and beyond and replaced those for us. I would highly suggest Lori to anyone to be their agent. She was professional, personable and totally accommodating. The house buying experience was a complete joy even if there was a few bumps in the road on the way. We are totally happy and cant wait to enjoy the GEM that she found for us!! What a blessing! We contacted Jill Whittaker by phone on April 19, from Florida, looking for a home to rent in the Randolph area starting around June 1 for our PCS. She was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful. That day, she sent us 29 listings to look through! The website is user friendly and made our input available for her perusal. Each day, we received another handful of new or adjusted listings and rented ones went away. It took us a while to sort through them, but she answered our questions, helped us with timing, and finally told us to pick our top four for her to walk through on the following day. Turns out, two were already spoken for. She uploaded narrated walk-throughs of the others, helped us prioritize our criteria, make a decision and apply remotely. As of April 27, were set for a door-to-door PCS, with the confidence of having found a good match for our needs! We strongly recommend her services as a top-notch, friendly, efficient realtor! (And if youre not looking in San Antonio, she says she has good contacts elsewhere as well.)

Over the past 10 years I have had the opportunity to work with Kath Quinn several times. She is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgable about the market and resources available to the home buyer. She worked tirelessly to try and find the right home for us. No matter how many times or what time we called her she was always quick to respond to our calls and questions. I have also been amazed that as a listing agent Kath has gone above and beyond any agent I’ve ever heard of. When she evaluates your home for sale she might make recommendations that would allow you to sell your home quicker and at the best price and then manages all the work required to list your home. She once showed us a home in the afternoon at Lake LBJ that she had been at that morning with her handyman supervising the replacement of the kitchen faucet and new hardware on the cabinets. I would highly recommend Kath Quinn and have to several friends that have also used her with great success.

Kim Nail did an absolutely wonderful job as our realtor. She is very personable and we never felt her pushing us one way or another on any particular home. From the very beginning Kim was attentive to what we were looking for in a home. We started working with her a couple months before we actually moved to San Antonio. She continually showed homes to us online to help refine our search so that when we got to San Antonio we were ready to hit the ground running. Kim arranged her personal schedule to align with ours and we started looking for homes immediately. She filled our days with options in various areas to consider. We found her knowledge of the buying process very helpful. Due to her upfront work, we only spent about three days looking until we found the perfect home. Thats amazing considering the uniqueness of our housing needs. Bottom line, we would not hesitate to use Kim again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the San Antonio area.

Purchasing the dream house requires to have the best realtor who not only walks you through the whole process of buying a house but also is available 24/7 to book appointments for new houses and to answer concerns. New houses on the market cannot wait to be seen due to the high demand of buyers. Martha answered our questions immediately, either by phone, text, email day or night, no matter the time she always answered us back. Even after the closing she was and it is still there with us providing us a fanatical support. She was completely sincere and transparent with her professional advices. Her efficiency, engaging personality, expertise and understanding of the local housing market allowed us to enjoy this whole process making it smooth and special. We did indeed had the best realtor in town.

I was a fourth time home buyer when I was blessed to find Diane Strauch with JB Goodwin! She is by far the best realtor I have used. Diane took care of so many of the details that in the past I had to deal with as the buyer. I was buying a new home and many people do not think that they need to use a realtor when purchasing a new home, Diane made it clear to me that I would have made a huge mistake not having her with me through this process. She was extremely helpful in making so many of the day to day decisions and she kept me calm when having to deal with all the builders time lines and schedules.
