My wife and I were very impressed with Brad Claus and The Claus Team Realtors. Approaching the empty-nester part of our lives, we decided we wanted to fulfill a marriage-long dream of buying a house with acreage. We asked Brad to help because of the stellar, award-winning reputation that he and his team had in the Greater Randolph area. Considering the fact that we were probably moving into our last home ever, we wanted to go with someone we could really trust. I cant speak highly enough regarding Brads patience, professionalism, and insight. Since we didnt HAVE to move, we placed some constricting criteria on the search for our future home. He was more than up to the task, as the combination of his relentless work ethic and invaluable knowledge had us viewing the perfect property within weeks. Brads mentorship was invaluable as we set forth on the purchasing effort. He was there every step of the way --quick to answer any phone call or email regardless of the time. In short, he was always on our side while making the transition as simple and successful as possible. Needless to say, we are extremely appreciative of Brad and The Claus Team. Its not often that you can find a realtor that is more concerned with meeting your needs and providing beneficial advise than with closing a deal. We consider Brad a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I would be EXTREMELY wary of buying a property represented by this realtor. We were under contract for a house with roof repairs to be done by closing. In the last few weeks she REFUSED to communicate with my realtor and defaulted on the contract by not having the roof done. Refused to extend the date so roof could get done. Relisted the property and advised her seller to not give us back our earnest money of $2250. Trying to serve the seller in small claims but cant find him. We are out the $2250, plus survey, inspection and appraisal = $1000+ more. I will NEVER even look at a property she lists and will NEVER let my properties be shown to her clients. A HUGE asswhip.

Leased a house through this company, inquired about the requirements upon vacating and was told what needed to get done in order to receive my deposit. All services were professionally done and receipts provided from reputable companies. Upon their walkthrough they pointed out small minor carpet stains ( that were already existent upon move in ) that were not cleaned "good enough". They also claimed it needed to be COMPLETELY REDONE, even after paying almost 300$ to have it professionally done and insisted on using their own personal cleaning companies to do the tasks at cost to us of course. Never ever ever again.

We are leasing a property that they manage at the moment. Our lease is up in a couple of weeks. The problem we are having is that they want to have it leased before we move out, which is perfectly reasonable. But in order to show the property my teenage female child cannot be alone. My spouse and I work crazy hours and she expects us to just leave work to accommodate her. Its become so bad I feel like shes harassing us. The phone calls and emails come in at all hours of the day. I will not lease or buy a house from them ever again.

This is the worst property management of all. If Google allowed me to give a 0 star I would. Theyre supposed to look after your rental property but they dont even do a drive through every now and then to inspect the exterior. They tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign a lease with them. I cant wait until my lease is over so can go with another management service.

Had to deal with this agency in a home lease/property management situation. The individual was very rude, unprofessional, and has a penchant for being very non-responsive. Save the frustration, and refrain from entrusting any of your business affairs to this incompetent outfit.

Shocking stuff here. Did anyone thing to call TAR or SABOR or lodge any kind of grievance with BBB??? Did you approach the agent or his boss/rater and tell them your dissatisfaction with the level of service provided.
