OUTSTANDING! I know Rudy Andabaker for over 10 years and he had always advised and helped me on anything related to realty matters. He was my property manager for two houses while I was away for three years in a military assignment. He took care of both houses with no issues at all for three years. Afterwards, he continued to be the property manager of my investment house for an additional 7 years with no issues; the house was always rented minus one or two weeks. Recently, Rudy advised and helped me buy my “dream house.” During the process, he advised me on the best place to buy and even advised me against buying a house that was not in my best interest. This is one of the things I like about Rudy, he will advise you what is in your best interest either if you like it or not. He will try to guide you in the right direction, but you always make the final decision. Ultimately, I got the house I always wanted for the price I wanted due to his advice. I still call him once in a while to get advice on the current market with the possibility of investing in another house. During this process, he also sold my other house in 3 days for full asking price. I will strongly recommend Rudy to anyone, especially military families on any realty matters.

Probably one of the worst experiences my wife and I could have had -- Basically, in Texas the renter doesnt have any rights unless it is a safety issue within the home and then you still have to write letters to get those issues resolved. The Leadership at Global Reality works for the landlord and your opinion or any of the issues that may arise are not taken seriously - in my particular case, there were several: * Safety issue when going out the french doors to the back yard - wood was rotted and about ready to fall on someone. * Pool wasnt cleaned * Dryer had rags in it * Junk in backyard * Trees over hanging to the roof which caused a squirrel to get into our attick over our bedroom ceiling. The list was never ending -- then once you bring it up to Global Reality, they need to get with the landlord to get approval on the repairs and then schedule -- if at all. I ended up cutting the tree limbs down myself and covered a couple holes between the roof and the siding with wire mesh. Also, I called to have the brush removed and paid 120 dollars which was never reimbursed by the owner. If I had to do it all over again, I would have rented an apartment -----

First things first, when looking at reviews I know its easier to believe all the bad reviews versus the good ones but Thankfully my dad taught me to form opinions on my own from my own experiences and when it comes to Global Realty and their employees, I know for a fact they listen and care about each and every customer and they are loyal to not only their customers but also the owners, always keep in mind that ALL Property Management companies have to get approval (over a certain amount) from the owner before fixing the problem. Its up to the owner not the Property Management Company to approve the request but I know Global Realty Group goes to bat for their customers, so with that being said, I give Global Realty Group 10 STARS.

I interviewed 3 companies to manage my home in Cibolo back in 2011. Global Realty was my number 1 choice. Global Realty Group rented it out for the best price possible, rents collected were deposited in a timely manner, they answered all my inquiries in my monthly property management reports, called me when any repairs above $250 were needed, I considered them the area subject matter experts in Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Selma, New Braunfels, San Antonio and Live Oak areas. I decided to buy another home in Cibolo and used Global Realty Group services. Rudy and his team were honest, up front, and provide quick answers and solutions when needed. I would recommend this company to my friends again.

do not rent with this company, make sure to read the contract because their charges are very unfair. we purchased a home and we were told to pay a fee to brake contract which we paid and under texas law there cannot be 2 renters at the same time and so were there for the month and did not recieve our pro rate. you have to go every month to their office in shertz to pay rent, or you have to mail it and if you are even 1 day late they will sue you right away and start paper work, they are unfair and will set their lawyers on you right away even if you accidentally make a mistake or need an extra day to pay. be careful with this company, they will take your money and run!!!

We had to make our move quickly and had to make our initial arrangements before we got to the area. Rudy was spectacular. He found properties that actually matched our needs and then helped us narrow them down to just the right house and just the right location, all within our budget. He responded to my questions quickly with honest answers, and knows this area like the back of his hand. This was our 3rd home purchase and dealing with Rudy was by far the best experience of the three. I will use him as long as we have a need for a realtor in this area.

I have worked with several Realtors throughout the years and this company is by far the worst experience I have ever had! Thank goodness we did not rent one f their properties! If they treat applicants like the way that treated us I can just imagine how they treat their renters. I agree with the previous review, they take your money and run!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST experience of my life. Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, complete jerks and the list goes on and on! Rudy is the rudest and most unprofessional broker I have ever dealt with. The front desk girl (his daughter) is nice enough, but passes the buck when it comes to answering questions. This companies atrocious practices have to be made known. And I notice thier own family members are wring the good reviews! Disgusting experience!

Great family to work with. Never had any issues or problems. Some people appear to disagree, but as long as you fulfill your obligations as a tenant, you wont have any problems. They are a management group, so of course they have to receive approval from the owner. One of the downsides of renting, but I certainly do not think you can hold the management company responsible. Great business, great family.
