My wife and I had a great experience working Josh when we decided look for a second home on Lake Mcqueeney. He grew up in this area so he knew all the little details you want to know about a place when you are looking to purchase. The first house that we made an offer on and agreed to a price, Josh decided to dig a little deeper on the location and flood plain and found out that the bottom floor which is the living area, wasnt insurable. Even though the previous owner had insurance on it, we would not be able too. After that, we had full trust in Josh that he had our best interest in mind. After we found our second house and the closing went smooth, he made sure we knew all the companies and people we needed to know just in case we needed something repaired or we need to set up and account. This made it very easy for us to handle all of these things from miles away. If you are looking for a house in this area, you wont find a better realtor in this area. He will make your buying or selling experience a great one.
