PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Sandra Spears is probably one of the worst professionals to work with Ive ever met in my entire life. Everything was running smoothly until CENTURY 21 Randall Morris & Associates in San Marcos downsized, and I was forced to work with Sandra Spears who appeared to be overwhelmed with the number of properties she ended up with after the downsizing. Sandra Spears was not a personable agent; she was rude most of the time and quick to lose her temper when asked to do her job managing my property. It was Sandra Spearss way or the highway. On the day that I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service, in less than one hour Sandra canceled my contract, returned my deposits, and refused to wait a little time for me to find another property manager. She is a liability to any company, and for now, I promise NEVER to use Century 21 Realtors ever again.

I used Randall Morris & Associates when I bought my house and was impressed by their level of professionalism and their knowledge of real estate in the area. My transaction was handled smoothly and effficiently. Everyone at the office is so nice, too. I think they are the largest real estate company in town. It is the only place to go!
