You DO NOT want to use this realtor-Trina Eastwood! My husband and I found a beautiful 3000 sq ft house to rent in Seguin, TX. The MLS posted by Trina Eastwood stated it was a 1 year lease. We gave Trina, from Remax, our deposit/application fee and we were getting ready to sign the lease after giving our current landlord notice to vacate. Our realtor, Kathy called and said, Trina was changing it to a 6 month lease because they wanted to put the house on the market in the spring. We were shocked and confused. Trina stated the owner was very sick and they needed to put the house back on the market after 6 months. We offered to sign an 18 month because it wouldn’t be cost effective to move so quickly. Trina called and said that was not an option for us. After asking for my application fee back, she became very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. “We’ll be HAPPY to give your $70 application fee back.” (as if that wasn’t a lot of money) I then said we could discuss this through my realtor because it was obvious, I had upset her. She said I was basically insensitive to the situation (and that’s putting it nicely) and I told her this was a business transaction and it had nothing to do with the situation with her clients. I was devastated and upset at the way I had been spoken to. There are plenty of great realtors out there and Trina Eastwood IS NOT one of them.

These people are not professional and will use take advantage of ANYTHING in an agreement. I have been attempting to deal with them on a rental agreement and will NEVER use Re/Max again after this experience.
