I had a bad experience with my Turnquist buyers agent. I complained to the principal of the firm who did not see anything wrong with the agents conduct. I would not use Turnquist again, and I would not recommend them. I dont think my agent looked out for my familys interest, and in retrospect he was clearly desperate for a commission. I dont expect anyone to be perfect, but when we ran into problems with undisclosed problems during our transaction our agent stopped communicating with us, until I contacted an attorney and threatened to send a demand letter to the seller. If I ever purchase another property I will probably use an attorney - I think its money better spent.

Kelly Covington Hall helped us sell my parents home in the summer/fall of 2014. She was very easy to work with and was able to sell the house quickly. The first offer was made before the house was listed in the multiple listing. When that offer fell through, the house was listed in the multiple listing and we got a 2nd offer in just a short time. She made the whole selling process as easy as possible, despite the fact that we had to change executors mid-way through the closing process and the new executor lived out-of-town.
