As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about finding a realtor. We called several and got a very "car salesman" vibe from most. They would offer to put us on mailing lists but wouldnt really listen to what we were looking for. Then came Joseph. He was the only one who made us feel as though he was looking for a house for us, and not just a commission for himself.
