Stay far away! We rented a property through them and our AC unit went completely out in the summer when it was 100 degrees. We have kids in the house and they waited a week to even send someone out to check on it. The person they did send out acted as a spy for Pat Gray and went back and told her our carpet wasnt vaccumed perfectly. Really? The carpet was filthy when we moved in and the rest of the house wasnt thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathrooms but we didnt even complain. They told us Pat Gray was coming to inspect our house and that would have to be done before any thing was done about the AC,. That was just an excuse for them to stall. Im sure if it was Pats house she wouldve gotten someone right on it. She comes to inspect the house and nitpicks over every little thing like the shower isnt clean enough. Sorry my husband and I work full time and dont have time to constantly clean. I then reported that when we moved in the tile in the kitchen by the back door was coming up and causing water to seep into the kitchen when it rains or snows and causing the wood underneath to rot. Plus there were a couple other maintenance issues but its been over a year now and she never bothered to send anyone out. Who cares if the wood underneath the house rots but heaven forbid the carpet and shower not being perfectly clean at all times. We are now buying a home and I would never consider using them after how we were treated as tenants.

Save yourself headache!!!! AVOID this company & go elsewhere. We rented a home managed by their company during the construction period of our home. We experienced such a terrible time in our transactions with them- phone calls not being returned, paperwork missing, maintenance issues not resolved immediately or appropriately (they once sent a high school aged kid for repair-poor kid had absolutely no clue on what to do), etc.... I was a brand new physician in the Fort Worth area so I didnt have time to search for that "perfect rental" (big mistake!). My wife and I still talk about the nightmare we experienced with Pat Gray co. which motivated me to write this review. Hopefully I can help someone avoid such mistake!

1 yr ago rented a house and many inspection surprise in this year, the house was good condition how was first time and went expired lease , wash carpet and clean up everything because am owner of cleaning company and back deposit was poor. I brought all miniblinds take out went move out they take my deposit how part of miniblinds. So was crazy action.

They manage a house that i rent and I never had any issues. Replaced the AC unit quickly and all other service calls were handled in a reasonable time.
