I should have been suspicious after signing the contract to list our home when the realtor then asked for a check for $495.00 for marketing expenses. I thought for this type of money they would have golden fairies flying over our home with shining lights and angels playing harps to attract buyers with Heavenly music. With that being said their marketing was not any different than any other realtor we have ever used when we bought and sold homes, they listed on the usual sights, they DID NOT create a video of our home and land nor did they create a Facebook page. We never had the "talking house" they promised because after two attempts they decided their equipment would not work at our location. They sent couriers (most likely college students) to bring equipment or signs. This was strike one! After one or two showings to the same people we received a call from our realtor telling us about an offer that they received while we were on vacation. He said "it was insulting and he felt we should just tell the buyers realtor that they were so far apart we were not even going to counter" Yes, we are adults and in reflection we would never trust a realtor if they gave us this advice...always counter because you never know how close you could get...that was strike two. We finally requested an open house--after the start time the day of the open house I had to call and see if an agent was going to be present. Our realtor and some office staff had told my husband and myself our realtor would not be present due to a death in the family. However, after calling the owner we see our realtor arrive...needless to say we were confused! Showings dwindled and it was almost as if they did not make any attempts to speak with the other agents to see if they could counter objections or find if they could perhaps reach a lesser price to help with any objections...this was strike three. I remember they said we would get out $495.00 back at closing but I called to ask what happened to my money if our house did not sell. Mr. Kerr called me and proceeded to leave a voice message about how they "had to charge that money because an agency of their size could not afford to go in the hole with all of their marketing, couriers, office staff, list our home, make paper flyers and place two signs on our property." Wow, and I thought all these other agencies were just reasoning that if they sold the home this money would be split out of the realtors commission. I have never been more disappointed with a real estate company. I got a call from one of the random staff in the office about once a week to see if I needed anything....yes, I need the realtor to push my home to other agents, brokers and have a realtor or broker walk through at our home. How are all of the larger and smaller realtors able to list a home without charging $495.00 for advertising. If I can retain a valued customer and also get their business to assist them as a buying agent this would be more important to me. After asking for the third time if we were eligible for the "Your House Sold Or Wally Will Buy It" program our realtor explained they could not put us in the program because we lived on a gravel road...the one the realtor drove down to list our home! Never use this company. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the girls in the office were very pleasant but a weekly call from my realtor would have been nice. After the realtor told us to reject the only offer we received he tried to encourage us to drop the price of our home to less than the original offer. This is when we knew we were not a priority for this agency and just a number to count in their listing numbers for the year. Our advice to those looking for a realtor...stay away from Kerr!

My experience with KerrTeam was fantastic they know the real estate market. My realtor Scott Bacon was kind and very patient. I felt like I was wasting his time we looked at many homes and some of them 2 to 3 times, but he was always friendly and gave me information and advice. So I could take time and think about my next move. Scott was never pushy and gave me updates and answered every questions I asked of him. He was great to work with and once we made a decision the rest of the KerrTeam jumped in and started providing me with information I needed to sell my home and buy a new one. Thank you all!!!

I have used the Kerr Team before, and they get better every time I have used them. They were prompt in answering questions, following up with appointments and keeping me informed every week. Wally is very knowledgeable about the market, the different areas of real estate, and I felt confident in his ability to sell my home. He explained the steps at every point and made sure I understood the entire process. His team is always on top of the situation and closing went smoothly. They work well together and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience with Kerr Team. Paul Henrion in my opinion is the only realtor you need to contact. Paul helped us move from Tulsa to OKC, he was very patient and willing to take us to multiple home multiple times. His experience around OKC and his military background made us feel right at home when choosing a realtor and a home. Put it this way, I never write online reviews but when Paul asked me I felt compelled to because of the good service we received from him. Paul sorry it took me so long to write the review. Ben

I cannot recommend Paul Henrion and the Kerr Team highly enough. Paul is exceptionally professional, engaged, caring, and reliable. He saw that our house was beautifully photographed and actively marketed. He has a polished, well-spoken demeanor that makes him a major asset for anyone he represents. Together with his support staff, he made the closing process very simple, despite the fact that we had already moved away and could not attend in person. Paul Henrion is the best realtor Ive ever worked with, and I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Really enjoyed working with Angie Spears. I have an unusual health problem (environmental illness) that makes it difficult for me to find a suitable place. So Angie probably had to show me quite a few more homes than her average client. But she was always patient, always friendly, always on time for appointments, always patiently answered my text questions day or night. She made what could have been a tedious process kind of fun. I can highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home!

I worked with Brad at Kerr Team. He helped me buy the house 3 years prior and due to financial reasons I had to make an unplanned exit. He understood my parameters and my situation and worked tirelessly and relentlessly looking out for me and keeping me updated. He was able to generate traffic to view my home that was impressive - was professional and courteous throughout and Id recommend him to anyone I consider a friend. Cant go wrong with Brad or Kerr Team. They are simply good people.
