USAA Movers Advantage offered us 2 real estate agents. After meeting with both, Monica Garza of Better Homes and Gardens Bradfield Properties was our first choice hands down. We appreciated her direct, no-nonsense approach. Over the ensuing 3 months, she impressed us time and again with her work ethic, professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and communication skills. She helped us get the fastest sale possible while getting a fair price for our home. Within 20 days, we were under contract. From there on out, despite dealing with an extremely challenging buyer whose agent works for the same company, she advocated on our behalf and displayed unparalleled ethics. My wife and I were connected with Renae Pretty through USAAs Real Estate Reward Network program. We could not be happier with our connection. After spending a short time with another realtor, we decided to work through USAA. They assigned Renae to us. Renae listened to what we were looking for and suggested a new home construction for us to view that was move-in ready by the time our VA loan was processed. The first one was the right one.
