With todays volatile market, buying a home was a really scary task for us. Not to mention the fact that we were out of the country during the entire process. It was our first home and we wanted everything to be perfect but expected everything to go wrong. Brayson was our agent from the beginning. And although the first attempt fell through, he reassured us we will find our perfect first home, and he wont give up on us. It took us about 7 months to find what we were looking for and Brayson and his team were there to help us at every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with us and kept us informed of every step of the way. We purchased our home site-unseen. The only individual who walked in the home before we arrived in the country was Brayson. He assured us we will love our home and everything is exactly how we wanted. I had the pleasure of working with them in the spring of 2012 in our search for a home. This was the first time my husband and I had ever looked to buy a home and there was a lot that we didnt understand about the process. He was very patient with us, and walked us through every step. He must have shown us over 50 homes on every weekend during those months. Im not sure he ever took a day off. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions (and we had a lot!).
