Travis Annameier was an amazing realtor. Yep, a realtor that is not pushy, knows the area thoroughly, responds quickly and accurately, and has his pulse on the market to give credible feedback. We bought a new home and sold our home with him, and will always turn to him for future real estate needs, no questions asked. He negotiated on our behalf, achieving the near impossible, and also realistically let us know when we just simply werent going to get what we wanted. He still put in the effort because we asked, which established a trusting relationship as his energy was put forth for his customer. His marketing team did an excellent job with the photos of our home for sale, the market timing, the market price, and the aesthetics of how we should stage to put our best foot forward. Travis was honest, available, and provided a great experience. Hats off to him for all his hard work!!!

If you know whats good for you, youll find a different realty group. They hose you in every way that they can. Promise they can sell your home for the price you want...in a few months. 6 months later, youre buying new everything, still paying 2 house payments, and lowering your price $20000.00. Then when they finally get off their @@@ and sell it, they still come back and try to hose you again 6 months later because the REALTOR failed to disclose something about the blue ribbon warranty that HE asked you to buy. Ridiculous. They will HARRASS you and HARRASS you until you cant see straight. NEVER AGAIN.

Brian and Becky are the best. We have worked with several realtors all over the country, and this has been the best experience we have had.
