I feel like Chick-fil-A stores are usually pretty consistent across the board. Yes, theyre a fast food restaurant, but the quality and customer service is one step above the rest. This particular Chick-fil-A? Eh. Chick-fil-A stores recently, as a whole, terminated spicy chicken as a breakfast option (because they apparently wanted to destroy my soul). They replaced the spicy chicken on a biscuit with a grilled chicken egg white on an English muffin. So now I like to order a completely customized breakfast: the chicken bagel breakfast sandwich with a grilled patty and pepper jack cheese. Other stores havent blinked an eye when I order this amazingly delicious concoction. The first time I tried to order it here, I got a "We can only do grilled chicken on the English muffin sandwich." I, of course, asked for confirmation since other locations had been able to do this. After the person on the other end of the speaker box asked the kitchen, he let me do it. My sandwich had grilled chicken, but American cheese, not pepper jack. Since that first time, Ive received the actual English muffin sandwich, but with pepper jack cheese and Ive gotten the bagel sandwich with grilled chicken, but with egg white. Not once have I received my correct order. Maybe its because I grew up in a Starbucks world, where customizing every aspect of what you want to digest is completely acceptable, but this Chick-fil-A location clearly cant handle that. This store is 2 blocks from where I live so I will end up there sometimes. However, there are stores closer to where I work which I definitely prefer going to.

Went to get lunch today and had 2 major issues with this location. First off there was moldy fruit in my bowl. When I took it back inside, I was sitting on the patio, the lady who took it didnt even apologize about it. She took it to her manager who then checked the new one and they gave it to me. The guy walking by running food apologized but no one else said anything. I just got the new one after the manager glanced it. 2nd one actually had nasty apples in it but I was to mad to go in again. Next, we were enjoying the sun and eating when a guy with a leaf blower comes by and proceeds to cover us, drinks, condiments with the crap he is blowing around. I covered my nuggets so they would still be good. It took my husband going inside to replce our cups that were covered in dirt to get any acknowledgement from the manager.

I had vowed never to return to this location due to the truly horrible service, consistently cold food and the ridiculous amount of time waiting for said food, on multiple occasions. But tonight, I found myself craving their classic nuggets and really didnt want to drive 5+ miles in either direction to get them. Glad I stopped in...service was extremely quick and the food was nice and hot. They seem to have their act together, at least on this occasion. I will stop in again and update my review accordingly.

Mercedes has the worst customer service! Dont ask her for anything because she will be rude and disrespectful! Worst experience ever. Good thing I checked or I would of been drinking a bug too that she obviously purposely left in my drink when she just opened it to fix what they messed up. Paid for old fruit too had to throw half away because it was rotten ! Spend good money to get bad service and food ! Crappy experience and usually I get amazing customer service at other locations!

Went in during breakfast hours and asked for a chicken sandwhich. Employee refused and stated theyre not serving lunch items at the moment. I stated that at all other locations, they normally serve lunch items during these hours with the understanding it would just take about 10 or more minutes to make. They do this even when theyre busy. The employee still refused to do so. I was the only person in the restaurant how hard can it be to have just made the sandwhich???

Worst Chick-fil-A that Ive been to. Ive been here twice. First time I had the same experience. The chicken patty is way too small and super dry... Step your game up. I decided to give this location another chance because I thought maybe I got the bad apple for the day, but nope still had a small chicken patty that was super dry. If you want to go to a great Chick-fil-A go to Larkridge or the one on Colfax near Colorado Blvd. Never ever had a problem with those 2.

Can I get some chicken on my bun please? At the price you are charging, it would be nice to take the first bite of my sandwich and actually get chicken. The breakfast sandwich I was just served had a piece maybe big enough to cover half. Not the first time this has happened, but it is the last time I come here. I was one of two customers at the time, so there really is no excuse.

The customer service here was atrocious and so was the food. Every other Chick-fil-A Ive ever been too has been amazing but this restaurant really sours my opinion of Chick-fil-A. They were incredibly rude to us. My girlfriend who is a huge lover of fries said that they pretty much drowned them in salt. I was very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. Will not be coming back.

This chick fil a was incredible! There was a long line when we got there, but the workers were efficient and we ordered within a minute of walking in. We sat down and they brought us our food promptly. Nice play place, real flowers on every table, clean restrooms, amazing, courteous workers, great food! I cant think of a single thing bad about this place!

This is the worst Chik-Fil-A Ive ever been to in the whole country! It always takes forever, they constantly mess up my order, and theyve told me they can only give one sauce per item before. They constantly mess up my sauces in the drive thru and one time made me wait for 25 minutes after charging me, to tell me that my item was not available.

They were in such a rush to take my order they were rude. It wasnt even busy at all. I understand maybe you just recovered from a rush but dont hurry me along and then only give me a 10 pieces when its 12 piece that I paid for. Both cashiers and the lady that brought us our meal were snotty and rude.

Came around 3 on a Saturday and the dining area was incredibly dirty- couldnt find a clean table. On top of that, I was unacknowledged for about two minutes before they took my order even though I was the only one standing in line. And to top that off, my fries and sandwich were lukewarm.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this is hands down the worst one on the planet. Chick-fil-A is known for customer service which is not existent at this location. Kills me its the closest one to my house. I drive out of my way on a daily basis to go to one with better service. Awful.

The workers were friendly and it was very fast despite it being pretty busy. The sandwich was pretty good, not the freshest though. The fries were not very good at all. Stale to the point that they were either chewy or mush. I would suggest going to the belmar location.

This chick-fil-a location gets worse everytime, seems like they always skimp you on the waffle fries. This time my nuggets were cold and over done. Guess Im going to have to go across town next time we want chick-fil-a.
