We hired KKWE because we knew that living in California would make it difficult to plan from afar, and that we would need someone local to Vail who could help us execute our vision from start to finish. Kelly and her team were able to give us guidance, recommendations, negotiate contracts, and were worth their weight in gold on the day of our wedding. We wanted to enjoy the day and not be burdened with making sure that everything ran smoothly, and thankfully KKWE managed the entire day and night with complete professionalism, calmness, and grace. By hiring them it also took pressure off our family and wedding party, freeing them up to be present and share in the joy of our day. We never had to worry about a vendor, a timeline, the potential weather difficulties, any guest issues, or frankly that anything would fall through the cracks. I am a professional in the entertainment industry and do events all around the world. This past month I was able to work with Kelly and her staff for an amazing event in Vail, CO. I worked alongside her for this wedding from about 2 months out to plan and prepare. What really impressed me was her patience in dealing with me as an entertainer and ability to partner with me to make everything run smoothly. Upon arrival, she and her team had everything prepared, there was amazing sense of order and peace. For events, it is great to have people that can handle the situations with ease and a smile.
