My husband & I used Premier Catering for my wedding this passed Friday, 9/20/13, & they did an absolutely superb job! From our first meeting with Courtney, to the night of our wedding, things were seamless & really could not have gone better. Courtney was so incredibly patient with my husband & I as we chose our food options and changed the guest count several times. She even went above & beyond and let us change their promotion for a free late night snack to free hors doeuvres during cocktail hour. This was so great since most of our guests were to be coming from work and would be starving by the time dinner began. The food at our wedding was delicious & we received many compliments from our guests. All of the staff were very friendly & well dressed and even took the time to stop by the head table to congratulate me and my husband :) The timing of the food being served was perfect, which was a big concern for me initially since our wedding began later, being it a Friday wedding, as well as us just running late on dinner (nothing to do with Premiere Catering.) Overall, our experience with Premiere was fabulous & Courtney was a joy to work with! Highly recommend!

We used Premier Catering for our wedding with 275 guests. We were incredibly happy with the food; Im still getting positive feedback about it from my friends two weeks later! (Especially the bacon-wrapped scallops and crab cakes!) We are very grateful that Premier did such an outstanding job during our wedding. We had an unusually hectic setup for our reception, but Premier Catering handled it with ease. We cant recommend them enough!

Premier Catering and Event planning catered and served food for 250+ guests for our wedding. Courtney was our event coordinator and she worked with our budget and did an amazing job communicating prior to the event to make sure everything went smoothly. We got numerous compliments on the food and high quality of service. A great company!

Premier catering and Event Planning catered our event and fed 700+ people on our budget that had we gone anywhere else, would have only fed 300 people. The food was also very good! Courtney was our contact and communicated excellently with us. I would recommend Premier Catering and Events to anyone, I loved working with them.

I have been using Premier Catering multiple times a week for corporate meetings and find them to be outstanding. The people are so personable, timely, and easy to work with. The food is wonderful, the portions are generous and there is great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this caterer.

I used Premier catering for my rehearsal dinner. I was so pleased with the turn out. Delivery was on time and the order was completely correct. Food was hot and delicious. I will definatly be using Premier Catering for any of my future events!
