We adored having Susan as our wedding coordinator, she really helped us have a worry-free wedding day. We think that the sign of a good coordinator is that you don’t have to think about anything but having a great time on your special day, and we did just that. We had arranged for Susan to coordinate our rehearsal, so we told her what we wanted and she executed it, so even the day before the wedding, things felt taken care of. Susan met with us one-on-one about five months before the wedding and she came to our flower appointment, venue showing, and venue food tasting. We also met with her one final time about a week before the wedding. We appreciated how she both listened to what we wanted but then also helped us take things into consideration that we hadn’t even conceived of before (this was especially helpful when we were determining the reception schedule). The day of, she was totally on top of it—when I spilled food on my wedding dress, literally 30 seconds later she was there, and made the stain disappear from my dress. Susan’s demeanor is amazing—very personable but also willing to take a stand when needed. We totally recommend using her event coordination services.

Susan helped us plan my son and daughter-in-laws wedding and rehearsal dinner last July, and I swear, she was sent from heaven! She had so many connections and helped us find a great band and tried-and-true vendors. Her input was a huge help. She gently prodded us to "get our act together" and to stay on track. Our event was beautiful. On the day of the wedding, Susan was there to make sure things ran smoothly. Just knowing we could count on her took so much pressure off. We actually relaxed and enjoyed ourselves! When the wind blew over a cocktail table and flower arrangement, Susan took care of it. We didnt even know it had happened. She was there at the end to help load up our things and to take care of final business. Susans the greatest. I cant say enough. Shes kind, compassionate, confident and energetic. We couldnt have done it without her!
